Job Highlights
Innovator Capital Management is looking for a highly motivated and quantitatively-minded Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, computer programming, and finance, as well as experience with visualization tools. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights through evaluating investment strategies, optimizing investment models and creating visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on investment strategies, asset classes, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain research models and tools
  • Write and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new investment products and services
  • Maintain dashboards and create new visualizations in Power BI
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a research-related role
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of investment strategies and portfolio management
